Export/Send from Maya to UE4 problem

Hello everyone. I have this problem as could be seen in the two pictures I’ve added. When I export or send my model to UE4, the mesh is broken. Tried ticking animation/baking on and off, exporting the model into the desktop first or directly sending it to unreal, and a lot more but nothing worked out for me. I need help with this problem.
