ExponentialHeightFog not rendering Geom properly.

Hi there. Im adding an ExponentialHeightFog to my scene and see it kinda divides the geometry. Please see attached image. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Ive tried everything I can think of but it seems to divide these floor tiles for some reason and not give me a smooth result. If I delete the fog It all looks normal and blends together. Im using a standard material here nothing fancey. Thanks in advance:)
