Exploding ragdoll tornado. Why does it do this? (video)

If my character mesh collides with something at high velocity this happens. Sometimes it’ll stop after a few seconds, sometimes it’ll go on forever :confused:
I’m using the physical animation component. Pretty sure I never had this issue before. Also if I grab the character in Phat it’ll stretch apart way too easily.
