Everything Turns Black With Cel-Shader

I implemented the cel-shading post-process effect from:

What resulted is everything in my scene turning black when I applied “Unbound” like I normally do with post-processes. I followed the steps from verbatim, unless there is something that I’m missing.

Is there something I’m doing wrong or not getting with relation to how this should work, or am I just an idiot?
