What will the license be? Can we reuse parts of the code in our own projects? What about art?

From the License Agreement:
[]
Limited License for Unreal Tournament Assets
Epic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, during the Unreal Tournament Project, for a single User to use, reproduce, and modify the Unreal Tournament Assets for the sole purpose of creating Unreal Tournament Submissions for the Unreal Tournament Project (the “Unreal Tournament License”). You may not Distribute or sublicense to any person other than Epic, or include in any Product, any Unreal Tournament Assets. The Unreal Tournament License does not you any title, ownership rights, or other intellectual property rights in any Unreal Tournament Assets. You agree to retain and reproduce in all copies of the Unreal Tournament Assets the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices and disclaimers of Epic as they appear in the Unreal Tournament Assets. Upon the completion of the Unreal Tournament Project or termination of the Epic Licenses under Section 17, or upon earlier written notice from Epic if you materially breach the terms of the Unreal Tournament License, you must destroy all copies of the Unreal Tournament Assets. All references in paragraph to the Unreal Tournament Assets include modified versions thereof made by you under the Unreal Tournament License.

It seems like UT assets can only be used to create content for UT, but not for other purposes. I’m not sure about code yet.
