Error when adding a video trailer when publishing an island

When I publish an island with a video trailer, it stays under review for 24 hours and then an error occurs.

When I publish without the video trailer, the island is published without any problem. Please let me know if there is something wrong with the video settings.

The video is 17.6M in size, 17 seconds in length, and the detailed settings are as shown below.
