Well, now there are some problems:
-First one is kinda you are not subscribed or you get scammed, because they don’t put any installation program on the email, just a link to your dashboard where you can see the download link for Windows and Mac of the Launcher, and the link for the code.
-Second one is you can be subscribed and something go wrong with your account. This explain why your dashboard looks like you are not subscribed.
So, if you are sure you subscribed then your problem must be supported by the billing assistance.
