Engine keep crashing on startup

The message I keep getting is :-

I tried on my laptop and my pc and in both i keep getting the same message.
On my pc I have pentium dual core, 4 gb ram ,1 gb graphics card amd radoen 4650 series .On my laptop I have 4gb ram ,i3,intel graphics card 4000.

You do not meet the min spec. Running the engine with 8GB ram can be painful at times. With only 4 and no quad core it’s pretty optimistic…

Also the 4650 does not even support dx11 if I’m not mistaken - that would explain the error messages you’re seeing.
