Engine crashes at 39% when Raytrace is activated

I’ve done everything, I supposed the problem was about DX12 or SkinCache
I’ve just set Skincache and it doesn’t crash,
then I’ve start the dxdiag on Windows and dx12 are running properly.
I’ve also tried to start a new empty project but it crashes too.

Any idea guys ?

Same here.
It works fine without RTX, once on, the project loading jams at 39%

2070 RTX
