I want to make a simple enemy that simply just follows mi character and kills him if he hits him.
i already have the sprite but i have no clue of how to make it work

Take a look inside the Blueprints of the example games inside the Unreal launcher.
Basically you need a blueprint which moves to the player character and then shoots when in a given range. There are different ways, you could use a behavior tree or simple move to blueprint nodes.
