Enable Chaos in 4.26.0 on an existing project

Started a project in 4.26.4 preview, then after the update to 4.26.0, I can enable to chaos plugins but dont get the fracture editor? Any idea on how to fully enable Chaos on a existing project?

The release notes for 4.26.0 mention an opt-in version of the Launcher build which has Chaos enabled.The current version still uses PhysX by default.
