Emitter Disappears..

I have a Particle Emitter in my Level and for some reason it plays when i press play but when the player dies and i press Restart to reload the Level the Emitter Disappears and i have to close out to the editor and press play again and then it does the same thing when i die. The strange thing is that it shows up in the Editor showing it is the Level?

So yea… this one has me scratching my head on way this happens… Do i gotta hook it up to a Blueprint or Something?
