Hello guys. i create a glowing material for car but not glowing outside like this:

-make sure that you use the “epic” quality settings
-post a pic of your material setup
-increase the value (strength) of the emissive effect 
-what happens when you play the level?
You may need to increase the emissive as suggested, or bloom effect in your post processing volume.
I created a new level and glow correctly. I think the problem; my level is not configured correctly. Thank u guys. Love u^^
