Editor viewport options and view options in file explorer area won't save their state in sprite editor, etc.

Ok, there are two places I’m referring to. The first is the viewport options in the upper left of the viewport. Not just the dropdown labeled “viewport options”, but all four dropdown boxes there - the ones whose defaults are “perspective”, “lit”, and the last one labeled “show”.

Also, in the area where you view your files - the one that has “view options” at the bottom right corner of its window - it has a scale slider for view size and other options.

Both of these areas will save their state in the main screen/main window that first opens when you open Unreal editor. However, these options will not save their state in any of the other windows that open like the sprite editor for instance.

How do I fix this?
