Dynamic shadows from Movable directional lights in 4.5 problematic

I have a landscape being lit by a movable directional light, but the shadow cascades don’t appear to be working as they did in 4.4.


The shadow casting looks (awful) identical regardless of the cascade number. What happened?

Check out Settings > Engine Scalability Settings and make sure shadow quality is set to Epic.
