Dynamic Light Mesh Emitter with RTX?

Hello, how can I use a mesh with an emissive material to illuminate dynamically using RTX? Is it possible? Is it possible to use an HDRI texture for emitting light?

Currently it’s not a supported feature in UE4

If you are willing to put the time into getting up and running with the RTXGI branch from Nvidia then it supports this, and you can see it in action in the livestream they did yesterday.
