Doors seem to flicker between states of detail?

The white doors in my map seem to flip between various states of detail and can even look grey.

I’m using the standard white door meshes that come with the starter content except I’m using the white sphere material for both the door and the original glass panel.

But they flip between these 3 forms:

Is this a LOD issue and how do I resolve so they stay looking the same throughout the game?
