Door won't open at first press

Hey guys,
I’m using this to open a door with the “E” Button

But I dont know why, the door doesnt open at the first press of E. I need to press it twice to open the door and at the first time the closing sound plays. I really dont know why.

The flip flop executes A first so just swap the two execution lines.
