As stated in the error message … you need to install Windows 7 - Service Pack 1 … you don’t have it installed.

Im having a similar problem but its telling me something different. It something about error 0, but it won’t say what the problem is.

My apologies my issue has been resolved. Apparently i was taking too long to respond to the prompts after installation
