Does Unreal cut Particles near the Screen Border?

Hey People,
we have a problem in our Project.

When we kill an Enemy near the ScreenBorder (In Fullscreen) the Enemy Destroyed Particle wont show up.
But it shows up all the time when killing enemies, except when killing enemies near the screen border (mostly the bottom screen border), then the particle wont load. Its frustrating and we dont know how to fix that.

Can somebody help out?

The problem Disappears when playing in window mode.
