If I could find someone skilled who is willing to work the same hours I do, for the same pay I wouldn’t be solo.
Unfortunately, no one wants to work 14 hours a day for free. Working with people who aren’t committed/dedicated actually slows progress.
It’s better to do your best to form your project idea into something tangible that other people can see. Get the core features prototyped out and then when it comes time to building out features having more people helps. But in it’s infancy too many cooks in the kitchen causes a lot of problems. If your team has 1 programmer, 4 designers and only 5 team members you’re not going to be making anything except a big waste of time for the one programmer.
