Do you know when UE4 gets support for Oculus Quest hand tracking?

Unity got it this week.

In major update maybe 4.25 or 4.26? post in feedback forum as this is where suggestions are usally tracked by epic andi f there tracktion they may put it higher in priority

Maybe it already does, UE4 has kind of driver system for all XR systems depending on how they are coded they may be forward compatible with any more tracking point being added, UE4 APIs let you pick tracking point that specific tracking system does not support so, it may silently already work you just not aware about it, it’s worth doing research.
