displacement map

Hello everybody, I’m in trouble about it, I’ve seen many videos where the characters had no more than 10k Polys as I simply can not get the same level of detail my is always checkerboard or buggy, I used exactly the same " design " standard zbrush and did the same steps but when I press 2 or 3 to give a smoothed it gets strange.
