Dismemberment and weapon behaviors

So I have just started using UE4 and I’ve been trying to find all the tutorials I need for the game I have in mind. Two things I can’t find are tutorials for are making skeletons that are capable of being dismembered and making it possible for melee weapons to clash, parry, block, etc, rather than just the two characters blindly smacking each other. I am still new to a lot of the aspects of actor creation, so please simplify any explanations to a beginner-intermediate level if possible. If you believe I should look into other things so I better understand what I’m trying to accomplish, by all means suggest what I should do first. Like I said at the beginning, I’m new to the engine so I may have skipped a lot of necessary steps.
