Summary
When using the Disguise Device set to Random or Game Players (for Squid Game islands), players appear headless when disguised if they have a Signal Remote in their inventory. This happens regardless of whether they use a Button or any other trigger to activate the disguise. The issue occurs both on initial spawn and after respawn. The presence of the Signal Remote in the player’s inventory appears to be the root cause.

Devices
Steps to Reproduce
- Place a Disguise Device and set the disguise type to “Random” or “Game Players”.
- Place a Button and connect it to the Disguise Device to disguise the player who presses it.
- Place a Signal Remote Manager and connect it to the same Disguise Device.
- Configure the game to grant the player a Signal Remote at game start.
- Start the game.
- Ensure the player has the Signal Remote in their inventory.
- Use the Button (or any other trigger connected to the Disguise Device) to disguise the player.
- Observe that the disguise is headless (or invisible to other players in multiplayer).
- Respawn the player.
- Drop the Signal Remote from the player’s inventory.
- Use the Button or trigger again to disguise the player.
- Observe that the disguise now works correctly (with head and visible to other players).
Expected Result
The player should receive a complete disguise (including the head) and be visible to other players, regardless of what is in their inventory or which trigger is used.
Observed Result
If the player has a Signal Remote in their inventory, activating the disguise (via Button or trigger) causes the disguise to be headless or completely invisible to other players. Removing the Signal Remote from the inventory (e.g., dropping it after respawn) allows the disguise to work correctly.

Additional Notes
During the last test with a friend, I appeared completely invisible to them instead of headless when the issue occurred in multiplayer.
