Different Values in Blueprints and in C++ for same USTRUCT

Hi Devs, this is a very wierd issue I found, this should be a bug, I’m working on a plugin integration into my project. And I’ve encountered this issue

And when I got to blueprint editor to declare a variable with this data type. I get following options.

What is this HOTRELOADED Coala Tile Request ? I’m not understanding it. Please share me information about it. Has anyone seen something similar ?
