They write a lot of bs everywhere, particularly in the engine tooltips where no one revviews or approves them.
The legacy system works. It will probably keep on working and not be discontinued ever, even if it eventually should be.
Meanwhile, the "new"system hasnt had a single forum post that wasn’t a complaint about it bot working one way or another since its launch.
