Did something happen to Nanite?

So i have a simple blueprint that spawnes a InstancedStaticMesh and before the 5.0 release it could handle over 500 thousand InstancedStaticMesh with over 120+ Fps. Now that i am using 5.0 Full release it can’t even handle 20 Thousand InstancedStaticMesh of the same type? Fps drops down to 30 and less

Using Intel I9-12900k and a 3080 TI
