Destructive mesh limited to 2000 fractures per game?

Is there a hard limit of 2000 for total number of fracture pieces used by the level’s destructive meshes? If I spawn 11 destructive meshes, each with 200 fracture pieces, everything is fine for the first 10 but once I damage the 11th, the fractures for all 11 vanish on impact. I guess I need to track damaged destructive meshes so they can be auto-destroyed before the 11th one is damaged?
