Destructible on physics constraint randomly sleeps

When creating constraint between static mesh(or any rigid body) and destructible mesh and moving this static mesh at some point destructible just goes to sleep(although static mesh is still moving) and wakes only if you do it manually. Changing sleep threshold doesn’t help. On sleep event doesn’t fire.
Also if you destroy constraint sometimes it goes asleep too, although it wasn’t asleep at the time.
