Destructible meshes

Hello UE community,

I am having a little problem with destructible meshes. What I want to achieve is to get for example wall fragmented with help of UE (which I have already did), and now I need to get that wall destructed partially, or maybe some pieces leave untouched and some chunks should be lying on floor. Is it possible to do something like that? I saw videos from Tesla, however he explains how to make destruction with explosion, but I need my mesh to be already destructed and lying on the floor when game is started.

You’re looking at creating Support, and there will be a lot of tweaking to get it just right.

But to get the ball rolling you’ll need to set Support Depth to at least 1. Your Damage Threshold will probably need to be upped and your Damage Spread lowered.
