Destructible Mesh - Fracture Mesh not creating additional chunk triangles?

I have created destructible meshes without issue before, but it seems almost at random that the mesh will decide whether to create end cap triangles or not after fracture mesh is applied.

Anything I am missing?


You will need to make sure that your mesh is fully closed in. There can be no open faces otherwise this will happen.
