Day Cycle Blueprint Issues

Hi,
So i’m pretty new to unreal engine 4 and i’m working on a small project, i am trying to implement a day light cycle into my world but for some reason i am having some small issues were although i believe most of my blueprints are correct i am having the problem were my sky will just stay at the sun rise position. i’m just curious to see if there would be anyone that could promote me in the right direction to finding to solution to my problem.

Here’s a screenshot of the blueprints i currently have within my skycycle, actor class.

I have also got the light source set to movable and Sun, SkyDome variables set to LightSource and SkySphere.
