Damage using Physical Asset does not work properly

Good day,

I use physical materials that I assigned each body part of the enemy AI to receive random damage. When the AI face me, almost all hit does damage. I don’t know why it does not register every single hit.

The biggest problem is when the AI turn around, I aim to the back, the damage are never register. The AI physical asset surround the entire skeleton with decent space.

Any idea why it does not register every hit when I fire at the enemy and will never register if I hit the back?

I believe I found my mistake. I didn’t connect anything to the default switch surface. Now it’s seems to work well. I guess the capsule does not always register and by having a default value, it is covering each time that the capsules are not hit.
