Cvars requiring boolean don't work as expected

For example
stat fps 1
If this is used in the console or in the Levlel Blueprint in ‘Execute Console Command’ after Event BeginPlay

Press Play n Editor.
Works as expected and fps is visible
Press Stop
Press Play a 2nd time.
Press Stop a 2nd time.
Press Play a 3rd time
Works as expected

So what is happening is that the value is being toggled instead of switching consistently on.
