Creating Aim Offset using IK Rig

I’m trying to create Aim Offsets for each hand using IK rig. I’ve tried using blendspaces, but I have no Idea how to make it work. Because I need a separate Blandspace for body, and dozens for each hand (for every Item). I’m not experienced in using rigs, and didnt find any tutorial on this topic. I’d be glad if someone hlped me.

I recently followed this video to setup foot IK. This work the best for my own custom skeleton actor. And modification through Animation Blueprint is fairly simple, just need a little bit of math.
