Create Layer from Utility Widget

I’m trying to make a utility widget to move the selected actors to specific layers.

My questions is if it’s possible to create layers and move the actors there from an utility widget.

I saw this on the documentation Layers | Unreal Engine Documentation but I can’t seem to get it to work. Has anyone done anything similar that could share a screen capture of the blueprint ?

I was mistaken, I meant to say Outliner. I’m use to 3dsmax naming

Anyway, I found the way to do it, here is a screen capture in case anyone else need to know how.
