After looking through your logs, the error appears to be an error with your DirectX install. Could you please attach your dxdiag and your debug logs? Steps to get this information can be found here.
I apologize for the delayed response. We have pushed out a new version of the launcher. Could you please uninstall your current version then reinstall from the latest msi available on the website. If this does not work, please send me the installer logs and launcher logs from the new install.
Also, are you running any proxy or network monitoring software of any sort?
