Have a similar issue where my download has been stuck like this for hours.
I’ve tried
- restarting my PC
- clearing my EpicGames and UnrealEditor cache and Local folders
- temporarily disabling my Avast Free Antivirus
- restarting the download
- Verifying the 5.5.4 download
