Cooking Stack overflow after 4.23 migration

I have a problem with moving the project from 4.22.3 to 4.23.1. In version 4.22.3 cooking did not display any bugs, the game could be packed and shipped, while in the new version cooking displays bugs almost immediately and I can not find the cause. I guess that maybe some file is corrupted, because some actors crash UE to the desktop with stack overflow message, but how is it possible that everything normally works in the previous version?

Can anyone tell me what these bugs suggest and where to look for a solution?
