Converting BSP's to Static Meshes with subtractive BSP's

Okay so I am trying to make segments of buildings for a construction script, however, when I convert BSP’s to static meshes they all convert okay except when I have a Subtractive BSP, the static mesh doesnt remember the subtracted bsp and fills in the hole. Any way to convert both bsp’s to a static mesh to keep the hole?

Hi, you need to select both the additive and subtractive brush to convert properly.

Haha now I feel stupid. I tried that once but I didn’t have them both selected, one must have accidentally came un-selected. Thanks for the help!
