Control Rig Animation sequence root is off center

I’ve just started using control rig and I’ve made a animation where the rigs hand is sticking out. It looks as intended and fine, though when I come to exporting it the character is 20 meters from the center point and floating in the air.

I animated it via my first person character bp which the skeleton is just a child to the root, and it all looked good in the editor till I exported it as a sequence to use in the animation BP.
