Control Rig and Virtual Bones issues

I am using the control rig provided by epic to animate in the editor.
My skeleton got virtual bones targeting the ik_hand_gun bone, it should be on it at all time.

Any animation generated with the control rig have the virtual bones not located where they should, they are high up in the air.
when generated from maya they are fine.

anyone saw that ? is it a bug or some weird retargeting thing i should know about ?

you should probably show your backward solve and bone hierarchy
