I never had a problem until yesterday, the app will open… i click on launch it does what it is to do… will go to the sign in screen i put in my information and BOOM… can not connect 
nothing on my laptop changed… i dont have a problem on my phone BUT the app it so large the my phone cant hold it… any one have any ideas?
