Connect a camera boom to a bone socket?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to attach a camera boom to a bone socket.

I want to have a first person view option in a third person game similar to this Skyrim mod - something attached to the head of the player rather than using an artificial first person view, which looks horrific on any 3d-type display.

Can anyone give me some advice?

I already created an animation socket for the head bone. I have no idea where to go from here. I tried googling this to no avail.
