Cloud service in Unreal Engine, Pixel Streaming, GameViewportClient

I want to create multiple instances of the player inside one instance of the game. I found that GameViewportClient class is responsible for creating a player inside Unreal Engine. How to create many players inside one instance of the game ? Let’s say it is multiplayer game and each player will be controlled by different user across network using Pixel Streaming. How to implement it ? Any advice ?
