Clothing missing from rigged character upon importing to Unreal

Hi, I encountered an issue when trying to import the following rigged character from the link provided into unreal. Texture issues aside, I am more concerned with the missing sandals and pants(ignoring the shirt since it gave me issues when animating).

In Unreal it doesn’t show the sandals or pants as objects that even exist in the skeletal mesh to have the materials placed like the rest of the character.

I’m guessing it must be an issue that can be resolved with the import settings for Unreal? It could also be the skin wrap modifiers?(I’m currently unfamiliar with this particular modifier)
