Cloth ignore collision and Approx size change after Cloth applying

Hello, i need some help for my Cloth collision… Before i applying the cloth my Approx size is : 116x153x196 and after 10, 054 x 4 574 x 14,842 and there is no collision. Please i need help for my problem…

I export my fbx character from blender with scal to 1 and i export to Unreal engine with the same scal.

Could possibly depend on the cloth settings.
if you painted the cloth to be at a really far distance and the cloth setup allows it to stretch this could cause the bounds to change. Potentially.
realistically, why do do care what size the bounds are?
