Cloth C4D to UE4

Hi all,

I try to import a flag animation created in Cinema 4d in UE4 (with spline dynamics).
UE4 import the file as skeletal mesh but without animation.Do I have to bake all the rotation of the joints? Or there be the possibility to use as it is?
Can I change wind value dynamically in UE4?
