City Sample 5.1 - Cannot build HLODs succesfully

Hello,

After tens if not hundreds of hours of debugging I am close to rebuilding my own version of City Sample in UE5.1.

I cannot get the last step to work properly which is to build HLODs. The process starts, it builds some parts of the city then it stops with assertation error. I cannot even delete the current HLODs that are created.
